The Ticket Office counter and phones are also open two hours prior to each performance.

The Ticket Office counter is open 11am through intermission Monday - Saturday and 12pm through intermission on Sunday for Ordway and Schubert Club performances held in the Music Theater.

All ticket sales are final with no refunds or price adjustments.

Student and Educator Rush Tickets
Rush tickets may be available 30 minutes prior to curtain and is limited to high school students, college students and educators. School identification cards are required. Two tickets per valid I.D. Cash only. Tickets are subject to availability.

Misplaced Tickets
Lost tickets may be replaced free of charge by calling the Ticket Office at 651.224.4222. Please be prepared to show a photo I.D.

Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same titled production. Exchanges must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the date of the originally scheduled performance. Exchanges are subject to availability and a $3 per ticket exchange fee on the phone or at the Ticket Office counter. If exchanging into a more expensive performance or different price range, the patron is responsible for the difference in ticket price. There is no compensation if exchanging into a less expensive performance.

There are NO exchanges on group sales or complimentary tickets.

Deluxe and Premier Subscribers may enjoy unlimited ticket exchanges to another performance of the same title at no charge. Select and PYO subscribers receive one free exchange to another performance of the same title per production. Additional exchanges will incur standard exchange fees. Service charges may apply if ticket exchanges are done within 48 hours prior to the performance.

Missed Performances
There is no compensation for missed performances. Deluxe, Premier and Select Subscribers may purchase a replacement set of tickets at rush prices ($30 Theater/$20 World Music and Dance) to another date or time for the same production in the event of a missed performance. Present your unused tickets at the performance you wish to attend. Seating is based upon availability.

Gift Certificates
Ordway gift certificates make the perfect gift and are available in any amount. Gift certificates may be purchased online or by calling the Ticket Office at 651.224.4222. Gift certificates are also available for purchase at the Ticket Office counter (Mon – Sat, 11AM – 3PM). Ordway gift certificates are valid for any Ordway performance (not valid for the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra or the Minnesota Opera) and may not be redeemed online. Other redemption restrictions may apply.

Patrons with Disabilities
When ordering tickets, please notify the Ticket Office of any special accommodations you may need. Please inform the Ticket Office if you will be attending with an assistance animal so that the best accommodations can be provided for your companion. Ordway ushers will help you obtain large print and braille programs as well as assisted listening devices. A schedule of ASL-interpreted, open-captioned, and audio-described performances can be obtained by contacting the Ticket Office at 651.224.4222 or by checking our Accessibility Services page. A program insert describing the symbols that are used in interpretation is available in the Patron Services room, or ask an usher.

Children
Children over the age of six are welcome to enjoy performances at the Ordway. Everyone entering the theater must have a ticket. For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, children who are disruptive to other guests will be asked to leave the theater. Infants are not allowed admission to the Ordway.

Children younger than 6 are allowed admission to the Flint Hills International Children’s Festival.

Concierge

One of the many benefits subscribers receive is use of Ordway's Concierge service, the first in the nation for a performing arts center.
