Ordway Advisors

The Ordway is committed to advancing the work of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) in its programming and business practices. Taking Our Place Centerstage is an ongoing initiative that is central to the work of DEI. It is an initiative through which the Ordway, together with members of African and African American communities, collaborate in a continuing partnership fo creative programming, education and entertainment for us all. Ordway staff collaborates with Organizational Strategist Robin Hickman, also the program’s founder, on this initiative.
