Cirque Mechanics set loose a Gantry Bike, a 20-foot-tall bicycle-powered machine that moved through crowds at Rice Park on Tuesday in St. Paul, with aerialists, contortionists and acrobats performing their daredevil feats. The performances, which continue through Friday at landmark Plaza, preview the 14th annual Flint Hills International Children’s Festival this Saturday and Sunday in St. Paul.
