Keeping school performances accessible and affordable

Since 1990, over 1,185,000 students and educators from across the region have attended an Ordway school performance.

Our staff is ready to connect you with all of the resources you need to make the most of your experience. We continue to be one of the most affordable field trip venues in the region with ticket prices starting at $4 per person, 25¢ Access Tickets , and bus reimbursement for all schools.

The Ordway is committed to access for all schools through our reduced price tickets and our bus reimbursement program.

School Performance Access Ticket Fund

The School Performance Access Ticket Fund is designed to support arts experiences for all students by making our school performances even more economically viable.

Bus reimbursement program

All schools are eligible for bus reimbursement to any school performance. Reimbursement amounts vary by school location.

Performance Information

Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled performance time.

All performances are subject to change and cancellation. You will be notified of any performance changes.

Order Changes and Refund Policies

Educators must contact Education Sales, 651.282.3115, at least six weeks prior to the performance regarding any order changes.

If Education Sales is not contacted, the school will be held responsible for the full payment of the order.

Refunds will be given up to six weeks prior to the performance, provided that the Ordway can resell your returned tickets.

Additional Ticket Information & Policies

Individual tickets are not issued; a one-page group confirmation is distributed.

Tickets are purchased as general admission; groups are assigned seats by seating chart based on size of group, accessible seating requirements, and grade level.
