Join Los Angeles musicians Grupo Bella and Minnesota dance ensemble Los Alegres Bailadores in an evening uplifting artistry, exploring cultural traditions of Mexican folklore and sharing perspectives about being Latina in the performing arts.

About Grupo Bella

Rooted in Mexican tradition, resilience, and hope, Grupo Bella turns folkloric music on its head. The band utilizes traditional Mariachi instrumentation to perform a myriad of musical styles—from Coleros to Cumbia to R&B and more! In Día de los Muertos, the group celebrates Day of the Dead, featuring music from their 2022 EP, Ofrenda.

About Los Alegres Bailadores

Los Alegres Bailadores is a vibrant immersion into the colorful world of authentic Mexican Folklore Dance. This beautiful group has deep roots throughout the community and is eternally grateful for the wonderful support shown by the West Side of Saint Paul over the past 40+ years. Under the direction of Rebecca Moran Cusick, and consisting of over 90 dedicated dancers ranging from age 3 through adults of all ages, Los Alegres Bailadores brings colorful and visually captivating artistry to this beautiful art form!
