“We are fortunate to have a leader of Leah’s caliber and dedication step into this pivotal role at such a crucial moment in our 40-year history,” said Chris Harrington, President and CEO of the Ordway. “Given the rapidly shifting landscape we’re currently navigating, we are so grateful for Leah’s choice to continue sharing her talents with the Ordway team long term as we work with our community of supporters to advance our mission and vision for the benefit of the communities we serve.”

In her new position as VP of Advancement, Dixon joins the Ordway’s senior leadership team, and will play a key role in ensuring fundraising efforts align with advancing the Ordway’s mission and strategic organizational priorities, institutional growth and securing and stewarding major gifts in alignment with the Ordway’s 5-year strategic plan.

“I am deeply honored to lead fundraising efforts for the Ordway, an institution I have been proud to serve for many years,” said Dixon. “My time here has given me a profound appreciation for the transformative power of the arts and the trust our donors place in us. I am excited to build on our strong foundation, working collaboratively to ensure this artistic cornerstone continues to thrive and inspire our communities for generations to come.”
