Songs written by George and Ira have a special place in the American Songbook of the 20th century.   The score of AN AMERICAN IN PARIS includes numerous songs recorded as standards of the day – “S Wonderful”, “But Not for Me”, “They Can’t Take That Away From Me.”  Join Lori Dokken and Judi Vinar to hear about George and Ira’s contributions and enjoy some of their music, including selections from “Someone To Watch Over Me”, “Bidin’ My Time”,” Embraceable You”, “Nice Work If You Can Get It”, and “Slap That Bass.”
